Website Hosting
Clients remaining on CompuAssistant's servers agree to the following:
Clients give permission to CompuAssistnat to act as their agent in matters of business concerning their online presence for their business. Client understand that they are responsible for all content on their website and the copyright of photographs and content. Clients must review the hosting policies by opening the following file: CompuAsisstantLegalCustomerAgreement 2019 (Policies may be updated without notice so please review often. All information collected and used to support and represent the client is kept in the strictest confidence.)
Hosting fees are paid on behalf of the client when remitted to CompuAssistant. Failure on client's behalf to pay hosting fees will cause the host to disrupt service if invoice remains unpaid for a complete billing cycle.
Client is responsible for all hosting fees paid to our host www.1and1.com and must remit all hosting fees paid in good faith in full within 72 hours or client's website will be taken offline or be charged a late payment fee of $5 for each additional 30 day period the payment is late.
Clients MUST keep the balance in good financial status or their sites will go offline until services payments are received. Clients with multiple sites may experience downtime of ALL sites hosted if balance exceeds $100.
